What data do we collect?

CCL collects the following data from form submissions:

  • Personal identification information: Name, email address, phone number, IP address
  • Any other information provided in free text message boxes

You directly provide most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Our Company securely stores your data on it’s hosted website, and in emails which are sent to various club members for the purposes of responding to the query or request.

Our Company will keep your data on the website for no more than 2 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from the website. We do this by regularly purging old data.
