CCL Womens

We offer a range of women-only sessions. We firmly encourage and support the participation of women into cycling.

Women’s Riding Skills Sessions

Weekly skills sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays meeting at the Jubilee gates of Inner Circle in Regent’s Park.

These sessions are organised and run by our co-founder Ian Watson aka Coach Watto. He has been doing a great effort running these skills sessions and helping many female cyclists improve their cycling ability and confidence.

Different levels of ability are welcome:

Wednesdays 6:30 am
Women’s Intro Speed and Skills
Ideal if you are new to cycling or a seasoned cyclist looking to improve your riding skills, pedalling technique, and becoming stronger and more confident on your bike.

Thursday 6:30 am
Women’s Advanced Speed and Skills
For advanced riders who have racing experience, who are looking to develop further their racing and riding skills.

If you would like to attend either of these sessions, please RSVP to Coach Watto so he will know in advanced how many riders are turning up.

Monthly Women’s Ride

Every month we run a Women’s Ride open also to non-members and all abilities are welcome.

This is a social ride and it’s ideal for cyclists who may not be confident riding in a group, would like to see what a club ride is like, or just fancy joining a social ride with some coffee and cake, in a welcoming and friendly environment.

If you are interested in attending our next ride, please get in touch.
